My name is Dr John Lambie (PhD, CPsychol, AFBPsS, MPCBT) and I am a CBT psychotherapist and an Associate Professor of Psychology. I have over 25 years of experience as an academic psychologist and have worked as a CBT therapist in a hospital setting. My research focuses on understanding how to regulate emotions. As a therapist I am keen to help people develop a range of tools that actually work in coping with difficult emotions and improving well-being.
