CBT

CBT stands for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, which is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on how your thinking and your behaviour affects your mood and wellbeing. In CBT, you work collaboratively with a therapist to evaluate your thoughts and create more helpful responses to them. You also work on trying out different ways of behaving in order to cope better with your emotions and improve your wellbeing.
